Important Notice!
1. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present the paper at the conference in order that the paper is to be included in the program.
2. Accepted papers which do not have an author registered at the full registration fee by that deadline will be removed from the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
3. Participants who payed registration  fees can access to the virtual conference website (Papers with video presentations and Q&A).
